Subject to this EULA and an active GORA AI subscription in good standing, Go Regulatory Ltd ("we", "us", "our") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and run the App on devices you own or control, solely for your own internal business use in connection with your GORA AI account.
The App is a client for the GORA AI service, not standalone software. It requires you to sign in with a GORA AI account and an active subscription to access workspace features. Your right to use the App exists only for as long as your subscription remains active; the App itself is provided at no separate charge as part of your subscription.

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App from time to time. Some updates may be required before you can continue using the App. We don't guarantee that we will continue to support any particular version or operating system indefinitely.
The App is licensed, not sold. Go Regulatory Ltd and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the App as intended.
The App connects to the same GORA AI backend as the web platform and is covered by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy in the same way.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This mirrors the disclaimer of warranties in our Terms of Service, which applies to the App as well as the web platform.
This licence ends automatically if your subscription ends or is terminated, or if you breach this EULA. On termination, you must stop using and uninstall the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales, consistent with our Terms of Service.
