Important notice: GORA AI provides informational guidance only. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice, regulatory advice, or a formal regulatory opinion. You should always seek independent advice from a qualified regulatory affairs professional before making regulatory decisions.

1. Who we are

GORA AI is a regulatory intelligence platform operated by Go Regulatory Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17430980 and registered address at Homelands, Rock Hill, Orpington, United Kingdom, BR6 7PP ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at support@goregulatory.com.

2. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using GORA AI you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. The service

GORA AI provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) workspace for regulatory affairs professionals working on cardiovascular medical devices. The platform generates informational guidance, checklists, document templates, and regulatory pathway summaries based on curated rule logic and product attributes entered by you.

What the service is not

  • GORA AI is not a regulatory authority and has no official standing with any regulatory body.
  • Outputs from GORA AI are informational only and do not constitute a formal regulatory opinion, legal advice, or a submission-ready regulatory dossier.
  • We do not guarantee that any information is complete, current, or applicable to your specific product or circumstances.
  • We do not warrant that use of GORA AI will result in regulatory approval or clearance of any device.

See our full Disclaimer for more detail on the limits of the guidance the platform provides.

4. Subscription and payment

Access to paid features is subject to a subscription, billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. Prices are set out on our Pricing page and are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice. Professional and Team plans include a 14-day free trial; no payment is taken until the trial ends.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law — see our Refund Policy for full detail.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment.
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) unless stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use GORA AI to make final regulatory decisions without independent professional review.
  • Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying rule logic or database at scale.
  • Provide false information to the platform that could mislead third parties.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, logic, templates, and software on the GORA AI platform are owned by or licensed to Go Regulatory Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal business purposes during your subscription. If you use our downloadable desktop application, that licence is also subject to our Desktop App EULA.

Documents you generate using GORA AI templates are yours. We do not claim ownership of your regulatory dossiers or working documents.

7. Data and privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform you consent to that processing. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to enter into these terms and that the organisation accepts them.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Regulatory Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us in that period, or (b) £100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Regulatory Ltd, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these terms, fail to pay your subscription, or if we decide to discontinue the service. We will give reasonable advance notice where practicable. On termination you will lose access to the platform and any data stored within it.
